Breakfast is very important specially to all Filipinos. There is a saying that we should not skip breakfast everyday. As to my experience, specially now that I am a working Mom, I see to it that my Family eats breakfast before going to our separate location. Like my eldest son who goes to school every day and his schedule is 7AM while my hubby and I need to be in the office at 8am so we need to take our breakfast to face our daily activities.

I am glad that Bigoli invited me and my hubby together with the other blogger friends to try their offering, the #BigoliBreakfastBuffet. Love it very much, plus it is an Italian Breakfast, hahaha.

Some of the varieties on their breakfast menu are the fritata and the all time favorite the Omelet, then the pasta, well my husband enjoyed the pasta as it is one of his favorite. What I like most is their Corned Beef Hash. Though it was an Italian restaurant, still they cater to the needs of Filipino diners and since its the staple food for Pinoys they also have it. And enjoyed it very much.

I also love their pancakes, there are two syrup that you can choose from, the maple and the blueberry. Well, for me I like the blueberry. I think I ate almost 4 pancakes it's so fluffy and tasty. I will definitely let my kids try the Bigoli Breakfast Buffet because they love pancakes.

The Bigoli Eastwood is a good location because most of the buildings their houses most of the Call Centers. So most of their customers are call center agent who work at night and then off from work in the morning. It's a good treat that Bigoli offers their breakfast buffet for these people before they go home and went to sleep.

So mommies, you can also try to have a bonding moment with your kids at Bigoli Breakfast Buffet. One of these days, I will let my kids try it.
