As a mom, cooking is one of the exciting part of a mommy's life. Planning and preparing the food and making sure that my Family, specially for my kids, loves it very much.  A simple gesture that they love it means very much to me.  So, I do and try to learn things that may improve my cooking skills and of course know what's new in cooking.

I am very grateful that I was able to attend an event of Clara Ole.  They featured one of their new products that I think will be included on my grocery list.  So what is this product?  Well, it's called the Clara Ole Ora Mix Mo!

I love cooking sinangag that I usually cooked rice more than enough rice that we need for dinner, it's because I want to have rice left-over so I can cook sinangag in the morning.

Clara Ole introduce a Ora Mix Mo Sinangag Fest, specialty fried rice mix. They have different variants for these like the tocino, java rice, japanese fried rice, paella rice and adobo rice.  During the event, the place turned into a fiesta scene, it got some dancing Aetas and the beat of the drums which make it felt like we were in a town fiesta.

The event was hosted by Suzi Entrata-Abreira and the cook-offs featured Chef Sandy Daza and Chef Eugene Raymundo with Guest Chef: Junior MasterChef Grand Champion Kyle Imao.   They've prepared  different variants of sinangag and let us taste it.
