Max's Sizzling Specials

8/21/2013 08:51:00 PM

Max's has been regular here in my blog.  Sir Bobby and other staff of Max's treat us as their family.  They definitely treat us hospitably every time they invite us.

Last week, since we are Family and we treat each other as Barkada, we spend a Barkada Gimmick Night with them on a Friday Night.  At first they acknowledged the birthday celebrant for the month of August, Carmela Bobis, Ann Purification, Jonel Uy and my ever dearest friendship Jing Javier of http://amazingjingforlife.blogspot.com.  They were lined up and greeted by everyone.

After having that sort of mini birthday celebration, gimmick time happened.  Yup all of us were treated by Max's with their newest offering which is basically for most of the yuppies who indulge themselves on a Friday Gimmick Night.  In every gimmick night there's always San Mig Light and of course a pica pica or "pulutan" which will only be serve when the clock strikes at 6:00PM and here they are.

Deep-fried Chicken Neck Original

Salt and Pepper Chicken Neck

After that satisfying round of pica pica of Chicken Neck, Max's also have new Sizzling Specials that will sure whet the appetite:

Gambas Con Aligue

Chicken Sisig

Sizzling Tofu

 Adobong Kangkong with Stuffed Tofu

  Sizzling Sweet and Spicy Chicken

A gimmick night will definitely be great if it comes with a  music and it was really great to have Ede Dancel serenade us with his songs.  It's  a little bit wild with the shouts and screams in the crowd but hey that's how it is, specially if singers like Ebe Dancel sings with the crowd.

While listening to his music, a sip of San Mig Light and a pica pica on the side from the Sizzling Specials of Max's completed our Barkada Gimmick Night.

Max's sizzling specials are available at selected Max's branches form 6:00pm onwards until November 30, 2013. There's more, though it's not part of the barkada gimmick night this may be a good "pasulong" as Max's corner bakery introduced their latest addition, the Cake Sampler in a box which consist of 8 pieces of slice cake of Cheese, Chocolate, Banana and Carrot Cake. Those cakes are good pasalubong for your kiddos and it can be their baon in School.
