Innovating at a time of pandemic is just what we all need. Adapting to the new new normal in order to make our lives move on a safer plane. Market! Market! encourages easy and safe shopping in the ‘new normal’ as it joins in the Ayala Malls rollout of ANA (Ayala Malls Neighborhood Assistant). With customer safety in mind, ANA hopes to limit the movement of people outside of their homes while giving the community a convenient and worry-free shopping experience.

“With ANA, Market! Market! customers can now have easy access to products from our hundreds of mall merchants from the comfort and safety of their homes. Our well-trained personal shoppers are there to ensure that every customer gets an easy, smooth, and hassle-free shopping experience,” said Sherlene Cruz, Market! Market! General Manager.

Through this innovative service, the Taguig-based mall connects its community with a personal shopper. Chat with A.N.A. at m.me/ANAMarketMarketandSerendra and send your shopping list through the mall ordering form.

ANA will reach out to process your order and confirm your transaction. Pay for your order with ANA’s minimal service fee through cashless payment channels. The service rates start at P50 for one retail/food store, P100 for 2-3 stores, and P200 for 4 or more. Personal shopping at the supermarket or department store has a flat rate of P200.

Customers can opt for an arranged pick-up at the Market! Market! DriveBuy booth or have the items delivered at their doorstep.

With ANA in Market! Market! and Serendra, the community can now enjoy their own personal shopping service to fulfill their food cravings and shopping lists for groceries, home, school or work essentials, and even apparel and sports gear!
