When was the last time you were asked for your details and documents? I'm sure most of us took about two years, and that's because of the pandemic.

As for me, a mom of two kids will probably be asked about my documents because of my children. But, the recent fortunate thing that happened in our lives will be a different story for me. Yes, it's because of my husband we will be getting all of our documents like the birth certificates and marriage certificates from the Philippine Statistics Authority or PSA. I think our last documents taken from their office were when they are still called the National Statistics Office or NSO. That really took us a long time to get our personal documents.

Anyway, we're going to get our birth certificates and marriage certificate because my husband is now working again and we all know that when entering a company you'll be required for different documents proving your background and your work experiences.

The problem or the hassle of getting your documents from PSA at this time of pandemic is that you'll need to file your appointment online, go to their office on the scheduled date, and leave from work or give time for the whole process, which is really hard and time-consuming.

The good thing with today's technology is that we have the internet and the process. There are companies, like the PSAHelpline (http://www.PSAHelpline.ph), that provide the services, which we all need in this time of pandemic or even when it is not. We don't have to go through all the hassle, all it takes is your computer or mobile phone, your connection to the internet, and details about the documents you are going to request.

What's great about us, Filipinos is that we find a solution to every problem and situation. Thankfully there's http://www.PSAHelpline.ph that will help you in getting your personal documents.
