Gelo's 2014

The MAG in my blog name stands for Marco, Anarc and Gelo. Now, I will talk about my youngest one, Gelo.
On the last day of the year 2013, Gelo had a fever, he did not enjoy much of the New Year's Eve celebration, still, he does the noise barrage with their trumpet. It was really bothering, because of what we experienced he has this monthly record of illness on his baby book.
It took us 2 days before we brought him to his pediatrician. For the reason that it's holiday. Even though he's experiencing fever, his appetite and activeness is still at high. There was no sign of Gelo getting weakened by the fever but what's bothering and nervous raking part is when Gelo's temperature shoot to 39.5, very high! This is not the first time. Remember when he suffered convulsion? That really gave me a trauma that whenever his temperature shoots this high I got nervous.
As what his previous illness, his Pedia found out that his tonsillitis is the one that triggers the fever. Another antibiotic again. I'm worried and broke but he badly need it to get rid of the bacteria from his throat. Few more days again with antibiotics.
Exactly Jan 6, my bday, I spent my precious day with Gelo at the clinic for his follow up check up and the doctor said that his throat improves, I am so thankful when I heard what the doctor said.
Gelo, while waiting for his turn at the clinic, kept on roaming around, playing around with some toys and spent a bonding moment with Ate Alu, Dr. Lazol's assistant.
Ate Alu is Gelo's mommy in the clinic. Well, I will tell the story behind on my next blog post why it happened.
I pray and definitely claim it that Gelo will be off from illness, I am praying for his health and for strength to fight those bacteria and viruses. Mommy and Daddy as well as his Kuya Maki will always be on his side. Love you baby Gelo!
