It was fun when I attended the Bloggers' Style Camp Culmination Night. The night was great and of course plenty of Kapuso stars. It was last month when I heard that some of my Blogger Friends did a photo shoot competition which is part of GMA Network's celebration of its 65th year. The theme was "Making a Difference in the Hearts and Lives of the Filipino People" and with this year the Kapuso station introduced one of its biggest innovations in the digital platform which is the Bloggers' Style Camp. It is a fashion photography competition.

The competition goes like this, there are four teams and each team consists of GMA artists teamed up with the most influential entertainment, lifestyle, beauty and fashion bloggers. Of course each blogger which is paired with GMA artists got their own style and forte. 

First team is GabRu, Gabbi Garcia and RuRu Madrid with Bloggers Alwin Aguirre and Rocky Batara. Team GabRu went for an avant-garde environment-themed pictorial.

Second is the Team Biguel, Bianca Umali and Miguel TanFelix together with the Bloggers namely Gracee Bongolan, Rochelle Rivera and Iyane Escarpe, their team showcase the importance of Education.

Next is the Team KrisJoy, Joyce Ching and Kristoffer Martin with Bloggers Rain De Ocampo and John Michael Bueno. Team KrisJoy captures the concept of anti-bullying.

The last but not the least, the Team RaStro, Rhian Ramos and Glaiza De Castro with Bloggers Jeman Villanueva and Stanley Briz. Team Rastro translated their roles in the ground breaking series The Rich Man's Daughter to campaign for gender equality.

The first batch of photo layouts was released online via www.gmanetwork.com/bsc and through the website fans were given chance to vote for their favorite teams on the following categories; People's Choice Award, Female Super Stunner Award and Marvelous Male Award.

All of the layouts went through rigorous judging by Style Camp's Distinctive panel of judges, namely advertising photographer, Mr. Rene Mejia, actress and host, Ms. Nina Ricci Alagao and creative consultant, Mr. Celso Divino.

The judges deliberated thoroughly to which team had the most creative interpretation and presentation of the theme based on the following criteria: creativity and originality, composition, relevance to the theme and artistic merit. It was indeed hard to judge specially when all of them got different themes but of course these judges needs to pick the team that speaks of and interpreted the theme given to them.

The awarding was held last July 17, 2015 at the URBN Bar and Kitchen in Bonifacio Global City and here the list of the winners;
