Easy Brand Fair 2025 Kicks Off with Thousands in Attendance at SMX Manila

The third edition of the Easy Brand Food and Beverage Fair opened its doors this morning at the SMX Convention Center Manila, drawing over 4,000 food entrepreneurs, professionals, and industry partners for a day of innovation, live training, and product showcases.

Organized by Top Chefs Food Supplies Inc., the one-day event is being held at Function Rooms 1 and 2, with free admission for all attendees. The fair aims to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by offering accessible, high-quality food and beverage solutions suited for fast-paced and small-scale operations.

Mark Wang, founder and president of Easy Brand, said the goal is to highlight the brand’s complete line of products. 


“Kaya tayo may ganitong event is gusto ko talagang i-showcase and ma-highlight ang lahat ng products,” Wang said. “With Easy, di kelangan mahal para maging quality.”

Setting it apart from traditional expos, the Easy Brand Fair features an interactive format, offering hands-on workshops and demonstrations. Participants can learn how to make popular products like milk teas, frappes, chicken wings, and soft-serve ice cream using Easy Brand ingredients. 



Among this year’s product highlights:

  • Easy Whipmate – a non-dairy cream for whipping and baking
  • Easy Signature Coffee Beans – featuring Atok, Tublay, and 50/50 House blends
  • Easy Signature Yuzu Flavored Syrup
  • Easy Signature Coffee Jelly
  • EasyPro Cheese Sauce

Celebrity guest Matteo Guidicelli, a food enthusiast and entrepreneur, headlined the event alongside renowned chef Boy Logro, and Easy Brand chefs Zhe Jacinto, CJ Dy, and Bam Piencenaves.

Attendees can also hear from guest speakers discussing food industry trends, sustainability, and business strategies designed to help MSMEs scale efficiently. 




First held in 2023, the Easy Brand Food and Beverage Fair has become a yearly gathering for small business owners and culinary professionals seeking practical tools and trusted partners.

Organizers have also confirmed that a Cebu edition of the fair will take place later this year as part of Easy Brand’s nationwide outreach.
