One of the expected highlight in SM City Fairview is the unveiling of their Christmas center piece. For this year its themed as "Hometown Holiday". They take this year's Christmas lighting differently, instead of the usual Christmas Tree lighting they light the whole hometown rung the Town's Bell to signify its opening. Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2016, Ms Nicole Cordoves hosted  ceremony. It was aspectacular performances from NU Chorale, acrobats and special guests. Viewers and mall goers were in awe as they watch the lighting ceremony.

SM Little Stars 2018 Grand Winner, Aleynah Redillas, graced the ceremony's presentation with a colorful and magical presentation by playing the role of the little girl who has a magic snow globe that seems to teleport her to different towns whenever she shook it.
Of course Christmas presentations definitely made a highlight with the presence of Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus that made every child present glazed in amazement and awe.




Aside from the performances of NU Chorale and the acrobat group, boy band In Real Life were also present and gave their wonderful performance. The crowd went gogo when they came out of the stage.

The "lighting ceremony" (which is actually the ringing of the bell) was lead by the Pratts Family together with the executives of SM City Fairview that ends the program and begins the opening of their instagram-worthy Christmas center piece.
