It's Banana Peel's 'Summer In the City: Island Getaway 2016'

Because it's summer and going to a an island getaway is too expensive, Banana Peel brought the getaway into the city with their second time of "Summer In The City: Island Getaway". Yes this is the second time and because its previous one was a success and loyal patrons loved it.

The island getaway happened last May 7, 2016 and this time it is in Trinoma Mall's Activity Center. Perhaps a much bigger venue than the previous one.

“We understand how busy each of us can get these days. We can easily get so caught up in the never-ending demands of work and school, and we end up missing out on that much deserved break. This is why we are bringing the summer island adventure experience to our customers,” enthused Paul Ng, CEO of The Neat, Inc.’s Banana Peel flip flops. “Customers can count on an entire day of island experience,” added Ng.

This year's "Summer In The City" is much more packed with different things to do and exciting activities to enjoy. It got the Chill Coast area where people can enjoy and relax a pampering experience like the massage, nail polish, hair braiding , and face-painting for the kids and kids-at-heart. The island also got its Wild Trek portion where patrons can enjoy some thrills and excitement with its inflatable 7 meter high wall-climbing, Temple run arcade game, a giant Eagle's Nest Kerplunk and other activities for everyone. Of course the best area to hang out, the Snack Valley where you get to enjoy food and drinks treat from the events sponsors. All-in-all it is a jam packed event to keep you busy and chill.

Banana Peel customers can get one event pass to the Summer in the City: Island Getaway by presenting a Php300 single-receipt purchase of Banana Peel products during the event. This pass will serve as a ticket for five to an island getaway on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at the Trinoma Activity Center.

This event is a way for us to celebrate the importance of spending time with family and friends,” said Ng. “We are looking forward to another exciting and fun-filled day with Summer in the City: Island getaway.”
