Xian takes fans “On A Date” at first Major Solo Concert on July 9.

After proving his acting prowess and star power on TV and in films, Xian Lim is set to showcase his musical talents in his first-ever major solo concert “A Date With Xian,” which will be held at the Kia Theater on July 9 at 8pm.
Produced by Star Events, the concert is a fulfillment of Xian's longtime dream to perform for his fans and headline a major show. Juggling multiple commitments while gearing up for his big night, Xian is very proud to say that he is very hands-on with the project, personally selecting the songs that he will be performing and the outfits he will donning.

“I have the whole show pictured in my head already. I will try to play as many instruments as I can for the fans. This is something that we are really preparing and working hard for,” he said.
It is not news to his most loyal supporters that Xian, who has released two solo albums and recorded some of his compositions in his eight-year career, can play at least 10 instruments.

A music enthusiast since he was a kid, Xian also promised that the repertoire at his concert will be diverse – with classical pieces, ballads and pop songs.

Aside from these, the audience are also in for a huge treat as Xian will be showing his rapping and dancing skills.
“A Date With Xian” will be made even more special with special guests Abra, Dawn Chang, Morissette, Richard Poon and his love team partner Kim Chiu. It will be directed by Alco Guerrero, with musical direction by China David of Silent Sanctuary.
