Awards..awards.. and awards.

What's with this word "Award"?  Well, just to give readers a hint about this, the Tambayan 101.9 recently held their awarding ceremony for different singers in the industry.  The Tambayan OPM Awards 2012 was held at the SM North EDSA Skydome.    The said skydome was filled with fans cheering for their favorite OPM singers and artists.

We all love music and most of us do listen over the radio.  We get to listen to what's hits and most popularly requested over the radio station.  For this instance the Tambayan OPM Awards recognizes these artists.  This is the first time that I attended such event that give importance to OPM singers.   Lots of surprises were in store in this awarding "concert".


Aside from the awarding part there are also celebrities who received an award and recognizing their talent.  Also different celebrities performed at the event.  Most of these songs were sung by the fans/audience, of course yours truly because I really love OPM songs.


There were also Kapamilya stars who were given an awards, like Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis for Phenomenal Entertainer of the Year, Angeline Quinto as Female Artist of the Year, Christian Bautista for being Male Artist of the Year and finally the Juan dela Cruz Band received the Tambayani Award.


Tambayan 101.9 DJs also performed during the event and they've showed that they are not only the voice behind the radio.  It was a fun night and my hidden voice heard by me (LOL).
