My Experience at Manila Hotel's Chinese New Year Celebration

We usually celebrate our New Year every 1st of January. I am a little bit excited on how Manila Hotel celebrate Chinese New Year, so I was thankful then when they invited me to experience it.

Early morning we traveled to Manila Hotel.  They welcomed bloggers and other media present during the celebration with their mango shake, to quench the thirst, I really love the taste of it and it is really flavourful.   I was also surprised with the performance of the dragon and lion dance.  While they were dancing in the lobby, I took the chance to have a picture with it.

"The Manila Hotel has been home to many important traditions celebrated by Filipinos, including Chinese New Year. We ensue that our patrons leave our halls with a smile on their faces because of the memories they create and relive whenever they step inside the Hotel," said Manila Hotel Executive Vice President Dr. Enrique "Ricky" Yap, Jr. "From the Mabuhay Palace's signature dishes to the visual feast in our Grand Lobby, we eagerly delight our guests with the way the Grand Dame celebrates the occasion."

Aside from the dragon dance, there was also a special blessing ceremony led by Hong-Kong based Feng Shui Master Vittorio Chau. After the ceremony in the altar he let all the guest in the lobby be blessed, even my friend blogger Jing Javier let her bracelet blessed by Master Vittorio Chau.

That was a nice and great experience and I claim personally that I am blessed through the ceremony. After the blessing, we were given a wish card, then wrote all my wishes, do you want to know it? Well, sorry its my secret, hahaha.

After I wrote my wishes I hung it in a peach tree and let my blogger friend Jing Javier capture that moment. That was an awesome feeling, I hope I will be blessed and received those wishes this year.

We spent our sumptuous lunch at Mabuhay Palace.

Hope I will spend an overnight stay at Manila Hotel together with my Family, my Kids love to stay at the hotel. Well, I claim it now, that soon we're going to spend our bonding moment at Manila Hotel.
