Selfie or Pizza, Anyone?

Well, both of them are needed for the ongoing storytelling campaign of California Pizza Kitchen.  We Filipinos love to eat so much and one of the food that we like is pizza.  Aside from eating, we also love to take photos.  We always want to capture moment.



With this, CPK conceptualize a contest where Filipinos can share what they love to do everyday.  So, here is the good news, by simply getting your most beautiful selfie or groupie shot with your friends or your family together with a bite or any size, or flavour of your favourite CPK pizza, anywhere, anytime you can eventually join their campaign.

Starting February 24, upload your pizza story snapshot or short video to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube. Add the hashtags #MyPizzaStory, #EveryPizzaTellsAStory and #CPKPhilippines. To get a free treat from your friends at CPK, like CPKPhilippines on Facebook, Twitter or Istagram and share link of your pizza story to mypizzasory@cpk.com.ph with your full name, mobile number, date of birth and favorite CPK location.

"Our latest campaign rides on the massive popularity of "selfies", Oxford Dictionary's 2013 word of the year," says Archie Rodriguez, President and CEO of Global Restaurant Concepts, Inc., the local partner of CPK. "People come to us for memorable dining experience of unique pizzas. As we believe that every pizza tells a story, we invite our guests to share their fun CPK moments on social media and reward them with special pizza treats."



So what are we waiting for let us join their campaign and of course be rewarded as well. According to them every selfie or groupie will be rewarded wth classic personal pizza favorite - Five Cheese + Fresh Tomato, The Original BBQ Chicken Pizza or Untradional Cheese. A CPK Pizza Voucher will be emailed to all who will join with the complete details on how to redeem the prize. A participant will only be rewarded once regardless of the number of selfie or groupie entries. Submissions will be accepted until April 13, 2014.



CPK Philippines is the first franchise to operate outside the United States. As a testament to its popularity in the country, the restaurant has been expanding its presence for 16 years. CPK has been exciting its growing band of loyal diners over the years with gourmet pizzas, pasta dishes, appetizers, desserts and beverage menu.

Personally, I like the Five Cheese + Fresh Tomatoes, their taste is heavenly. So Cheesy as in and I love eating tomato as well. I will definitely bring my family one of these days and let them taste my favorite flavour CPK Pizza and take a groupie pic and of course my selfie also.
