Convenience Living in the Metro with Space EDSA

Year 2014 when I worked in Makati. It was my first time to work that far. My previos works were in Quezon City since I live here. It was a time draining travel everyday back and forth from QC to Makati. Even when I got up early, still the long line in MRT and the traffic going to my office in Salcedo Village is really exhausting. I ended up resigning from work. It was really a worst experience encountered in my life.

When you spend most of your time doing work – whether it's in school or the office, the best reward waiting for you at the end of the day is a space you can call home. Unfortunately, nowadays, “home” means braving the rush hour and sitting for another 3 hours stuck in a traffic jam. Luckily for Pinoys, a convenient and affordable living solution awaits this 2016.
Built with the young, energetic and dynamic lifestyles of students and office workers in mind, Space EDSA is designed to help as much Filipino to have the privilege to enjoy taking one ride or walk to work. The idea is to allow each Spacer to live near where they want to be.

“Here at Space EDSA, we understand the hassle of long and tiring commutes, especially after a whole day spend in school of the office. So, we want to provide Filipinos a space that they can call home but does not require them a time-consuming travel,” says Quinto Oreta, President.

Take a look at the amenities and rooms of Space EDSA.
The design is for yuppies and for students. I like the color combination, I love blue I really appreciate the design with the touch of blue it is refreshing in the eyes, and you can feel calm at the same time.

This redefined dormitory living is located at 167 EDSA Mandaluyong City, at the third floor of Major Homes' headquarters. At the moment, it has air-conditioned rooms for 4, 6 and 8 people priced at PhP4,200/month for each bed. Spacers can also enjoy the free use of common kitchenette, living and dining areas, free use of the gym 24/7 as well as electricity and water.

Aside from these, anyone can easily develop a sense of community and family among its Spacers with comfortable areas that one can share and enjoy round the clock.

“Ultimately, we want our Spacers to feel that they are living the life that they have always wanted to live,” adds Angela Manese, General Manager.

I will definitely suggest it to my brother who is working in Shaw Blvd. My brother always tells me that he will be resigning from work because of the travel time from QC to Shaw due to heavy traffic. I feel him and really looks drained everyday.

Space EDSA is the answer to his problem. It is affordable and near to his office and hassle free travel. It is the best way for my brother to continue his work and not to resign anymore.

Be a Spacer! You'll definitely enjoy to stay at SPACE EDSA.
