Kapampangan Delicacies is not new to me, my husband, who is working in Pampanga for almost 10 years now, introduced to me some of the Kapampangan dishes. There are some which are normal and there are some that are extreme. But of course I prefer the normal dishes. What's great is that I don't have to go to Pampanga just to taste their delicious food as Teresita's of San Fernando is now here in Metro Manila.
Teresita's of San Fernando open its doors for the city people longing for the Kapampangan taste and it is located at SM Manila which is one of their new branch. Viva Artist star Ella Cruz graced the grand opening of the store just recently.

“We take pride in bringing the best of home-cooked meals with authentic Kapampangan taste. Just like their second home, Teresita's SM Manila aims to delight guests who wish to enjoy simple, classic but affordable dishes from the country's food capital,” says Ryan Razon, chief executive officer (CEO) of Nozars, Inc., operator of Teresita's of San Fernando chain of restaurants.
The food is really fantastic and Filipinos love the Kapampangan taste just as the way the Kapampangan loves to cook. Kapampangans are well known when it comes to cooking and they really enjoy it very much.

What's the best dish in Teresita's? Well I'm in for their Kare Kare but you don't have to limit yourself in just one viand for you can enjoy plenty in just one meal serving. Families will enjoy their foods while having a great appetite and bonding with loved ones. A family get together will be great at Teresita's.
Teresita's serves meals good for one – Kare-Kare, Embutido, Boneless Bangus, among others, which go with rice at very affordable prices, between 110 to 130.

Here are some dishes that we've tried at Teresita's

Love their Halo Halo, as always Filipinos super like the way Kapampangan do their Halo Halo. They are very famous when it comes to merienda like the Halo Halo and the Palabok.

Aside from the viands, Teresita's offer a variety of merienda's and also some native delicacies such as pastillas, uraro, tarts, chicharon, brownies, barquiron, roasted casoy and others that diners can enjoy as their desserts or as a take-home products.
I love their ambiance that is neatly with family-oriented designs. You can definitely feel that you're at your own home when you dine in at Teresita's.

Teresita's originated in San Fernando in 2002 but it was only in 2011 when Ryan's family decided to pen their first Metro Manila outlet along Tomas Morato in Quezon City named after Ryan's mother Teresita, whose family operates a successful catering business in Pampanga.

Their first outlet in San Fernando, a mere hole-in-the-wall, gained instant popularity with their Halu-Halo and Palabok.
After the first venture in Quezon City, Teresita's opened at Waltermart in Munoz, also in Quezon City on 2012 followed by Vito Cruz a year later.

In 2014, they opened their first Halu-Halo cart in Festival Mall, Alabang.

Last Year Teresita's opened at SM Light Mall and Robinson's forum in Mandaluyong City, SM BF Paranaque City, and SM North EDSA Annex in Quezon City and SM Molino in Cavite and SM Southmall Kiosk.
“We hope to open more branches in Metro Manila. Expansion has been brisk in the past four years. And we have been getting encouraging feedback from our customers,” added Ryan.

During the first quarter of 2016, Teresita's hopes to open two new outlets – at Petron NLEX in Marilao, Bulacan and Petron Clark in Pampanga.
